A : ONCE YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN FULLY PAID YOU WILL RECEIVE FINAL CONFIRMATION WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS, CHECK IN PROCEDURE & LOCK BOX OR KEYPAD CODE TO YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY.
6Q : DO YOU CHARGE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
A : WE DO TAKE A ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT, NOTE: DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS FINAL BALANCE DUE. GROUPS & INTERNS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT, WHICH WILL BE RETURNED UPON YOUR DEPARTURE & INSPECTION OF HOME.
7Q : WHAT CAN I EXPECT THE WEATHER TO BE LIKE?
A : CENTRAL FLORIDA HAS VERY UNUSUAL WEATHER PATTERNS THAT CAN RANGE FROM SUNNY, TO THUNDERSTORM, ALL WITHIN THE HOUR. MOST STORMS ARE FAST MOVING, AND WILL ONLY SLIGHTLY HAMPER YOUR DAY OF FUN. IN SUMMER MONTHS YOU CAN EXPECT THE TEMPERATURES TO BE IN THE MID TO HIGH 90’s. THE HUMIDITY IS HIGH, SO MAKE SURE TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER TO KEEP HYDRATED.

A : OUR PROPERTIES ARE ABOUT 6 MILES FROM DISNEY'S MAINGATE.

A : YES ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING. OUTDOOR SMOKING IS PERMITTED.
10Q : ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
A : UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PET FRIENDLY HOMES.
11Q : ARE RV'S, TRAILER OR BUSES PERMITTED?
A : UNFORTUNTELY WE CANNOT PERMIT PARKING FOR THESE TYPE OF VEHICLES.

A : RENTALS ARE CLEANED PRIOR ARRIVAL & AFTER DEPARTURE. MAY YOU WISH TO SCHEDULE A MID CLEAN WE MAY DO SO, PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT. (FEES APPLY)
13Q : WHAT IS PROVIDED IN RENTAL?
A : ALL RENTALS ARE SELF CATERING. THERE WILL BE (1) TOILET TISSUE PER BATHROOM, (1) ROLL PAPER TOWELS, (1) SOAP PER BATHROOM, (1) DISHWASHER TABLET & (1) LAUNDRY DETERGENT TABLET, (1) TRASH BAG PER BIN WE DO HAVE PACKAGES YOU MAY PURCHASE MAY YOU NEED ADDITIONAL TOILETRIES. ALL RENTALS WILL HAVE TOWELS & LINENS AS WELL AS ALL COOKING UTENSILS. A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO AVAILABLE WITHIN HOME. FREE WIFI, CABLE AND PARKING.
